This was our first visit to Ming's but it will not be our last. Let me start with the staff. Polite and accommodating. Our waiter had wonderful suggestions and answered all of our questions. Atmosphere and back ground music were smooth and peaceful. Finally, the best part, the food. Absolutely excellent. Delicious. The plating was visually appealing and the flavors were even better. Not drenched in heavy sauces. Light, fresh and flavorful that let you enjoy the true taste of the dish. Meeting Ming was a bonus. We would drive from Lodi just to experience Ming's again!

THE best hot and sour soup that I've ever had! Beautifully made, with just the right level of heat. Garlic bok choy is also excellent. Very attentive service.

We Ate there. The other night was delicious. I will definitely go back. Service was great and fast I love their fried shrimp, fried rice, chow mein

Best Chinese food in 925 area we used to go to new limbs on Clayton, but they closed. This place are super fast when you dine in with them and the quality of the food is excellent highly recommend this place.

Finally made it to Mings! Went for lunch, the hype is real. We shared the crab bites, ginger chicken and some fried rice. Everything was fresh and delicious. The fried rice was light and fluffy, the ginger chicken coating was crispy and the chicken tender and juicy. Flavors popped. My atmosphere rating is because the restaurant was very noisy due to a very large birthday party, so hopefully when I go to try other items it will be quieter. Service was friendly if a bit slow (likely because of the big group).

Back again! We tried the chow mein, chow fun, pot stickers and hot& sour soup. I know this place is really popular, but for us it seems to always be hit or miss. This time, we really enjoyed the soup and pot stickers- the noodles were very oily.

I went with my husband for lunch. We ordered wor won ton and beef chow fun. The shrimp in the won ton was cooked just right and the beef and chicken in it was very tender. The broth was very good. The won tons were small but okay. The chow fun was very good. It had what Chinese call wok hay. In addition to bean sprouts it also had broccoli. What was unusual was they charged $1 per person for hot tea. Usually only dim sum restaurants charge for tea.

Our kids were craving beef chow fun and found this place nearby. Really accommodating and nice staff which helped to adjust the flavoring upon our request for less oil. Loved the pricing and portion sizes which left all of us stuffed! Hard to find anything similar closer towards Oakland where pricing would be double.

Best Chinese food in the East Bay, I've been coming here now for about 15 years Everything is so fresh, and the service is really great. The lunch special is really reasonably priced. The flavors are amazing, I usually order walnut prawns and fried rice, the crab puffs are a must order if you like seafood/creamcheese wontons, The hot and sour and the Sizzling rice soup is also great! Salt and pepper beef, and hunan prawns are a nice dish as well, 10/10 recommended

Really enjoyed the food and excellent service at Mings ! The ambiance was relaxed , dark rosewood furniture and a lean towards upscale Chinese food dining . Almost as good as my favorite across the street 'Dragon Spring ' . I still would come back to Mings . Delicious and affordable! Only $16.66 with tax & tip food and tea
